Thanks for your sweet words about my girls. I love that your daughter chose to be black for the day. That brought tears to my eyes.
My oldest son Josh at times feels embarrassed of his sisters. Kids always ask him "They are your sisters?" How? And he gets embarrassed. It would make me upset that he wouldn't say yeah their my sisters & I'm proud or I love them. It just happened last week again.
And each time I have long talks with them. I know it really confuses the boys that the girls Biological Aunt & family are involved in our lives. They don't get it. They said well Dayron is their real brother, not us. We don't have the same blood.
So we explained how we were sealed to each other & it doesn't matter to Heavenly Father what blood you have in you. Once your sealed we are an Eternal Family & we will always be together forever.
So I guess I shouldn't judge other mormons when my own kids don't understand it all either.
It just hurts.
Thank you so much for being such a good friend. You are awesome & I am so glad we are getting to know each other better. Weird how our lives crossed again..
